FOUR - Custom "Cooks of Hope" order - Two "rectangle" shaped patches and two "outlined" shape patches.  Each approx 2.2" tall x 3.7" wide - all patches can be ironed on, sewn on, or glued on.  Sewing them on is the most secure method.
