Q: Do you make custom patches?
A: Yes. Email me, let me know what you need and include an image if possible. 

 
Q: Why are some designs available in different sizes and others are not?
A: I am able to adjust the size of any design that I created/digitized myself. There are several applique designs that I purchased and converted into a fully embroidered patch, those are only available in the sizes in which they were originally created. 


 

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my patches?
A: About 95% of my sales are “custom” patches, so they are not made until an order is placed. If I do not have a backlog of orders then your order is stitched one day and sent out the next. Any item that I already have stitched will be sent out immediately.


Q: If I have an embroidery file/design but do not have an embroidery machine could you make it into a patch for me?
A: Yes. If you see an embroidery design from another website or shop, give me a link to it. I will purchase the design and only charge you for the patch itself.


 

Q: Do you sell the digital embroidery file itself or only just the patches.
A: I do sell the digital file itself but only of embroidery designs that I created myself.  The "Applique" designs that I purchased and then "filled in" with additional digitizing are not for sale as I did not create the entire design.


Q: What is the largest patch you can make?
A: The largest hoop I have can make a patch that is 11” x 17”.


 Q:  What is your shipping policy?

A:  I will make every effort to have your order in the mail as soon as possible. Keep in mind that 95% of my orders are custom and are not made until the order is placed. If I happen to have it already made, then I will ship it out immediately.
Every package will have a tracking number. I am not responsible for packages once the post office has shown that they have received it. It is (literally) out of my hands at that point. If a package is lost or does not reach you in time, then contact me and we will see what we can do. Per USPS guidelines, I cannot file a missing package claim (domestically) until 3 weeks after the package was given to the post office.


I ship everything USPS First Class (3-5 days). If you need it sooner, then be sure to click on the upgrade to Priority Shipping or Priority Express shipping during checkout.


Only Priority and Priority Express automatically come with $100-worth of insurance.
